Customer support and assistance is available via email or phone. Pearson technical and customer support is available Monday through Friday for assistance with installation of software, test session management, or technical troubleshooting during testing.

When you call Pearson Support, please have this information available:

  • Product name: PearsonAccessNext or TestNav(version)
  • Date and time when you experienced the issue
  • Operating system in use on the affected testing device
  • Student ID number of any affected student(s)
  • Error code number (if applicable) and message
  • Test name, question number, grade, and subject

Office Hours


Technology staff may set-up time with a Pearson Field Service Engineer to address questions on the following:

  • How your district infrastructure interacts with Pearson systems (examples may include: firewalls, content filters, student devices, wifi access points, etc.)
  • How to prepare and complete an infrastructure trial in your district
  • Discuss issues or questions that arose while performing an infrastructure trial
  • Other recommendations on online testing set-up for your district or school.
